Buckner Mission Man Triathlon
|
 The Buckner Mission Man Triathlon 2007 has quickly become one of the areas most popular events. Moving into its fourth year, the Buckner Mission Man Triathlon is centrally located in Burlington, NC. Nestled into the Lake Cammack Park and Marina, this event offers a mix of many different racing experiences. The 750 meter swim starts in the water, then the comes the 5K course which is mostly off road, the on to the 15 mile bike.
Along with sponsoring the triathlon, Buckner had a couple of participants join the event. Doug Williams (President) and Mark Mehaffey (Dispatcher) competed in the event by themselves. Jeff Harnish (Project Manager) and Keith Holshausen (Project Manager) were joined by Keith’s son to participate in a relay team.
Just one more way Buckner is…GOING THE DISTANCE.
